Sarah
Sarah started out in classical music at the tender age of 5. She soon expanded her repertoire to include other instruments and genres, gathering a few Grade 8’s along the way. She spends her time performing, teaching, writing and doing session work. When she doesn’t have an instrument in her hands, she’s thinking about music whilst baking or crafting.

FAQ's
Is a caller included?
Yes, Dom is an experienced caller as well as musician. He’ll talk you through the dances step-by-step to ensure everyone knows what they’re doing. How long will the Ceilidh last?
We’d suggest 2 x 60min sets of dances. That’s usually around 5 to 6 dances per set. Everyone will need a break in the middle to grab some refreshments! If it’s part of a wedding celebration, we’d suggest chatting about it to work out how it will work best for your special day.Is PA provided?
Yes, we have all our own kit. You just need to provide the space, we’ll bring everything else. Can anyone join in?
Absolutely! The more the merrier – no experience necessary! We start with a nice simple dance to get you warmed up, and go from there. Can you provide background music during the break?
We can play recorded music through the PA during the break. We do perform music minus the calling if you wish, but this will form part of the event, not during the break time as the band will need a rest too! If you’re interested in this, please contact us about it.Can you bring a bigger band?
Yes, if you’re putting on an event that requires a larger number of musicians, we have others we work with who can join us. Contact us for more info. What is a Ceilidh?
If you've never been to one, you're in for a treat! Our Ceilidh's (also known as barn dances) combine modern takes on traditional folk tunes, played by the live band. Alongside this, our caller Dom, will get everyone up on their feet and joining in with the dancing. Step-by-step instructions are given to the participants. All ages and abilities can join in. Everyone will swap partners numerous times throughout the evening, so you don't even need to worry about having someone to dance with! Just wear some comfey shoes, and get ready to give it a go!
